For the continuing beginner. Continue to build and fine tune your practice while learning new poses and breath work. Tone your body, develop flexibility and reduce stress. |
| Gentle Yoga |
For those new to yoga. Learn correct form, alignment and pose benefits to create the foundation for a solid yoga practice. Tone your body, develop flexibility and reduce stress. |
| Healing Yoga |
Gentle practice focusing in relaxation and stress relief through asana, guided meditation and breath work. Very peaceful and nurturing practice. |
| Full Figured Yoga |
Specifically tailored for full-figured women, this class will have a positive effect on the body by toning and strengthening muscles, energizing the body and stimulating vital circulation. |
| Restorative Flow Yoga |
A powerful and healing practice for all levels. Begin with a slow flow of poses to awaken the body with the balance of the class utilizing a variety of props (blankets, bolsters, blocks) to support the body to reduce tension in every muscle. Deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, this class can relieve stress, insomnia, back pain and much more. |
| Vinyasa Flow Yoga |
More vigorous, flowing practice focusing on movement with the breath to deepen awareness, build heat and stamina. Gradual inclusion of more challenging poses for continued strengthening, toning and flexibility. All levels welcome. |
